


Sofm and the team came out on top, winning 3-1 and advancing to the semifinals, where they faced LPL champions Top Esports. Suning won the tiebreaker, giving them 1st seed out of the group and setting up for a quarterfinal against JD Gaming. They finished the group stage 4-2, tied with G2 Esports. SofM and Suning came to the LPL 2020 Regional Finals as the highest seed, defeating China's soon-to-be 4th seed LGD to give Sofm his first appearance at the World Championship.Īt the 2020 Season World Championship, Sofm and Suning were drawn into Group A. Suning finished the Summer Split in 4th place, and finished the season in 3rd place after the Playoffs. However, the team synergy gets better during the 2020 LPL Summer Season. They finished 2020 LPL Spring Season in 11th place and did not qualify for Playoffs. Sofm's first season with Suning in 2020 did not start off well. They however lost 0-3 to Newbee in the first round and were quickly eliminated which ended their 2017 season.

In the Summer Season Snake finished 4th in their group and barely made the playoffs. Their 2017 Demacia Cup performance wasn't very good as well and they finished 13th-20th after a 1-2 loss to Red Wolf Gaming. They defeated Vici Gaming 3-0 to keep their LPL spot. They finished the 2017 LPL Spring Season 5th place in their group and had to attend the Promotion Tournament. Snake's 2017 Season was even worse than the previous year. They also finished 3rd at NEST 2016 after a 1-2 loss to LGD Gaming. They lost 2-3 to I May in the semifinals. During the off-season they also earned a 3rd-4th place finish at the finals of the 2016 Demacia Cup. Despite their 3-2 win over Vici Gaming, they fell 2-3 to Team WE and could not qualify for Worlds. Earning the right to attend the China Regional Finals 2016 for China, Snake would play two brutal five game Bo5s in one day. Qualifying for the playoffs, they finished 5th-6th after a 1-3 loss to I May. He made his LPL debut in Week 2 against Newbee and won the MVP award for his very first game - recording 4/1/6 playing Graves against Swift's Kindred - and then helped Snake complete a 2-0 sweep. Following MSI 2016, he joined Snake eSports as a trainee, becoming the first Vietnamese player to make an LPL roster. He became the first Vietnamese player to reach Challenger Tier and top 10 Challengers on the Korean Server despite regularly playing with 100 or more ping and was the GPL All-Star starting jungler at International Wildcard All-Star Melbourne 2015. Although he started to play League of Legends early, because of the the age limit implemented by Riot worldwide, SofM had to temporarily leave competitive play. Lê " SofM" Quang Duy is considered by some to be the most talented players in Vietnam.
